We give you a friendly reminder call the night before your weekly scheduled pickup day. Simply put your bag out by 7:15 A.M. the next morning.

A Few Answers to Common Questions:

  • We only bill you monthly for what you’ve gotten cleaned.

  • There’s no minimum charge and no flat fee.  You simply pay for what you get cleaned as you would anywhere else.

  • We automatically look for missing buttons, tough stains or other “fix it” items, but you’re also more than welcome to leave us a note.

  • Have an emergency?  Give us a call.  We’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
